Referral Rewards
At Robert Scott Meuselbach DDS, Inc., we are fortunate to have such loyal and wonderful patients. It is especially gratifying when a new patient tells us we were recommended by a friend or family member. As a way of saying thank you for those kind referrals we have developed a reward program as a way to show our appreciation.
We will be tracking the referrals of all new patients that come to our office. For every person you refer, you will receive a $25 reward credit for the dental office, or a gift card for a local establishment. You may redeem your in-office reward anytime within one year from the date issued.
- Referral rewards can only be applied for goods and services at Robert Scott Meuselbach DDS, Inc.
- The rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
- The rewards will be void after one year from date issued.
- The rewards can only be applied to the account of the recipient or immediate family if under the same account.
- Referral rewards are not valid for immediate family members.
- Referral rewards will be issued following the completion of a new patient exam.
- Referral rewards will be given with a reward/gift certificate at the end of the month that the new patient was seen.
